Our proprietary manufacturing processes yield high molecular weight anionic polymers that have low shear susceptibility and heightened tolerance in high brine and temperature environments. Our portfolio of friction reducers include both dry and liquid dual functioning friction reducers that perform over a broad range of water conditions.

ZL Chemicals has deployed polymer dispersion equipment for Enhanced Oil Recovery (EOR) projects worldwide and operates Dry-Frac™ on the fly polymer dispersion units across the major U.S. hydraulic fracturing basins. Our Compact Polymer Dispersion Unit (CPDU) platform is available in multiple configurations for both EOR and hydraulic fracturing applications, delivering reliable, efficient polymer mixing and hydration in the field.
